1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach to the bidder’s APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure (form attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. The following points must be indicated in the TCH:
- number of vehicles;
- weight of one empty vehicle;
- weight of one loaded vehicle;
- delivery basis: Beregovoye field;
- the cost of the MPP (pontoon-bridge crossing) should not be included in the TCP (we pay for it ourselves).
- shipping costs should be included in the price of m / rental
To provide upon request of proposals:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer
- Certificate TIN;
- Bukh balance sheet for 2017-2019;
- 2019 VAT Declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Sender.
- A letter stating that the quotation is calculated in full accordance with the procurement items;
- Logistic scheme of transportation (should include key points of the route, have information about all the necessary passes with the deadlines, information about ferries / ice ferries, etc. MANDATORY information about the period in calendar / working days from the moment of conclusion of the Agreement and receipt of the application to the possibility of actual delivery of transport for loading)
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.
ALL SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE NAME IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT
The validity of the proposal of the participants is not less than 30 days.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
