Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for the delivered Products within 60 (sixty) calendar days, but not earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of fulfillment of obligations under the contract or a separate stage of the contract (from the moment of receipt of the Products), if there are originals signed by authorized representatives of the Parties primary ( shipping) documents.
In the case of preparing a proposal providing for advance payment, the amount of advance payment should be indicated in the "Advance,%" column of the tabular part of the quotation specification and should not exceed 30% of the total cost of the application.
Delivery terms:Delivery in batches at the request of the Buyer to the Buyer's warehouse. Estimated delivery of the first batch - no later than 04/20/2020.

Comments:
1. The heat number should be the same for the entire batch of products of the same name specified in this quotation sheet
2. A certificate for each batch of Products must be provided to the Buyer by the Supplier no later than 5 (five) business days before the planned date of shipment. Shipment is carried out only after approval of the certificate by the Buyer.
3. The participant must provide a signed commercial proposal in the form attached to this request for quotations (the proposal in the form of a tender site is uploaded in an electronic editable format).
4. Together with the proposal for the supply, the applicant must provide (load on the site):
- copy of TIN
- copy of gearbox
- copy of OGRN
- copy of the balance sheet for 2019
- copy of the charter
- signed supply contract in the form of Izhdril Holding LLC
- certificates for products offered for delivery
