Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee’s warehouse within 30 business days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport bills with the mark of the recipient. Other payment terms are also considered.

2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
