Comments:
IT IS NECESSARY TO FILL IN THE FORM OF THE COMMERCIAL OFFER (ATTACHED IN THE DOCUMENTATION). IF THE REPLACEMENT IS PROPOSED, IT IS NECESSARY TO SPECIFY THE FULL NAME IN THE COLUMN NEXT, WITH THE INDICATION OF THE HOST.
PACKING REQUIREMENTS:
1) GALVANIZED SHEETS - OBLIGATORY DEEP GRATING.
2) PROFILED SHEET, PROFILED FLOORING - OBLIGATORY DEEP GRATING.
MANDATORY AVAILABILITY OF A PACKING SHEET ON EACH CARGO PLACE. CARGO FOR DIFFERENT END RECIPIENTS. PACKAGING OF CARGO PLACES ACCORDING TO THE ACCOUNTS. TMC FOR DIFFERENT RECIPIENTS IS FORBIDDEN TO COMPLETE IN ONE CARGO PLACE (I.E. BUNDLE OR SLATTING). In addition to the form of the KP it is necessary to issue a proposal on the official form with the seal and signature of the manager and attach to the loading documentation.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
- The products cost shall include VAT and delivery to the Buyer's warehouse
- payment terms;
- relation to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.), attach dealer certificate;
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- consent to the contract;
- expiration date of KP. Products shall be new, unused;
- address of the shipment warehouse;
- the cost of TR in rubles;
- type of packaging, dimensions;
Certificates of conformity, other documents confirming the quality of products, dealer certificates shall be attached to KP;
Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, quality, cost, delivery time, payment terms, work experience;
This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
