Comments:
For counterparties who pre-registered in the System, but did not receive an EDS and did not pay for participation in the System, it is possible to download offers by the organizer of the request price on behalf of the counterparty. For this, three documents are required:
- Offer (commercial proposal) certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to take actions on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter refusing further claims due to the fact that the offer is not submitted at the auction by the Participant (in free form on the company's letterhead with the signature of an authorized person).
A prerequisite for providing a file with documents in a request for prices confirming the status of a participant is a manufacturer or dealer. The period of validity of the commercial offer is 2 months.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Обоснование: 1. Принять предложение ООО "ТДНМ" по позициям №№ 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 7; 9; общей стоимостью 388255,00 руб. (без НДС) на условиях: 100% предоплата, срок поставки 15 календарных дней после предоплаты, доставка до склада Покупателя за счет Поставщика.
2. Принять предложение АО "ВЗПС" по позиции № 8 общей стоимостью 180000,00 руб. (без НДС) на условиях: 100% предоплата, срок поставки10 календарных дней после предоплаты, доставка до склада Покупателя за счет Покупателя.
3. Отклонить предложение ПАО "КУЗОЦМ" по наименьшей цене по позиции №3 по причине минимальная норма размещения заказа в производство 60 кг.
4. Отклонить предложение АО "СТРОЙСЕРВИС" по наименьшей цене позиции №2 марка стали не соответствует заявленной. По позиции № 6 предложенный аналог не согласован заявителем. По позиции №7 по причине высоких транспортных расходов.
5. Отклонить все предложения по позиции №6 по причине завышенной цены.
