2. All products must be accompanied by the following list of accompanying documentation:
- Certificates and approvals indicated in the note for each item.
- Certificate of Conformity TR CU (Technical Regulations of the Customs Union - for products manufactured outside the Russian Federation).
- Quality certificate for a batch (drum) with confirmation of compliance with the Specifications.
- Fire safety certificate
3. The offered products must comply with the specifications specified in the description of the purchasing items. Minimum lengths are agreed with the Buyer upon shipment
4. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
5. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
6. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
7. The cost of products must be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
Note: this request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
LLC "GSI SNEMA" reserves the right not to inform the participants of the tender about its results with the exception of the winner, to cancel the tender or its results, and also to exclude any of the tender participants without giving a reason. Submission of a technical and commercial proposal implies acceptance of the terms of the tender.
