Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Upon receipt of products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, consignment notes, waybills, railway receipts and product certificates
Delivery terms:
Delivery by December 18, 2020. The cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Perm is included in the product price. Self-pickup is possible within the city of Perm. Machine downtime is not allowed.
The supplied products shall be new. Upon shipment, product certificates are required.

Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. Availability of certificates, quality passports and markings upon shipment is required
6. The buyer reserves the right to carry out independent laboratory tests for the compliance of the chemical composition of the supplied products. In case of deviations in chemical composition from the corresponding GOST, the products will be returned to the supplier.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
