1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and sealed by the participating organization this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The following points must be specified in the TCH:
- terms of payment;
- delivery time;
- delivery basis: Samara, Groznenskaya st., 55;
- delivery cost should be included in the cost of m / rental

To provide on request for proposals:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer
- TIN certificate;
- Bukh balance for 2017-2019;
- 2019 VAT declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft agreement as revised by the Sender.
- A letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full accordance with the purchasing positions;
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.

ALL UPLOADED DOCUMENTS MUST BE REFERRED TO IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT


The validity of the participants' offer is at least 30 days.
