Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

¾ those who do not have valid decisions of the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate to suspend transactions on the taxpayer's accounts, except for cases when full payment is made after the counterparty has fulfilled its obligations (subsequent payment);
¾ not in liquidation proceedings, bankruptcy.
