Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:within 60 days after the receipt of the goods at the warehouse of the Consignee, provided that the Buyer is provided with the original invoices, TORG-12, filled in in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the Consignee's warehouse. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the goods. Rolled metal products will be exported in equal batches until October.

Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
When signing the contract, the Supplier guarantees the Buyer to provide the necessary set of statutory documents specified in the contract in clause 8.9.
