1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's application and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the offer and file in the form of a scanned copy of its offer (indicating the timing of delivery) signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of failure or improper performance by the participant of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The following paragraphs must be specified in the TAP:
- payment terms;
- delivery time;
- base of delivery: Samara, Groznenskaya str. 55;
- shipping cost should be included in the cost of m/rental

To provide on request offers:
- Partner card;
- GSI applicant questionnaire
- Commercial Offer
- Certificate of TIN;
- Buh balance for 2018-2020 ;
- VAT declaration for 2020
- Letter of guarantee on unconditional signing of the draft agreement in the version of the Sender.
- Letter stating that the offer is calculated in full accordance with the procurement positions;
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.

ALL DOCUMENTS THAT ARE LOADED MUST BE NAMED ACCORDING TO THEIR CONTENT


The expiration of the offer of participants is at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of the competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
