Comments:
For counterparties who have pre-registered with the System but have not received EDI and have not paid for participation in the System, the request organizer can download the price on behalf of the request organizer counterparty. Three documents must be available for this:
- Offers (commercial offer) certified by the authorized person's signature and the seal of the organization;
- A document that establishes the right to act on behalf of a counterparty (such as power of attorney);
- A letter retracting further claims on the occasion that the offer is not tendered by the Participant himself (in a free form on the company's form with the signature of the authorized person).
It is mandatory to provide a file with documents in the price request confirming the member status of the manufacturer or dealer. The commercial offer expires is 2 months.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Обоснование: 1. Принять предложение ПАО "КАМЕНСК-УРАЛЬСКИЙ ЗАВОД ПО ОБРАБОТКЕ ЦВЕТНЫХ МЕТАЛЛОВ" на поставку продукции по позиции № 1, по наименьшей общей стоимости на сумму 137 475,00 руб. (без НДС), на условиях отсрочки платежа до 30 дней с момента поступления товара на склад ГМЗ, срок поставки в течение 30-60 календарных дней по факту заключения договора и подписания спецификации.
2. Принять предложение АО "Стройсервис" на поставку продукции по позициям №№5,6 по наименьшей общей стоимости на сумму 54 524,94 руб.(без НДС), на условиях самовывоза и 100% предоплаты.
3. Отклонить предложение АО "ВЛАДИМИРСКИЙ ЗАВОД ПРЕЦИЗИОННЫХ СПЛАВОВ"на поставку продукции по позиции №1 по причине завышенной цены.
Обоснование выбора:
Наименьшая стоимость продукции, качество соответствует ГОСТ и требованию Заказчика.
