Payment terms:There is no advance. Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and delivery of original invoices, goods invoices, and copies of the shipping invoices marked by the recipient.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure MUST attach the applicant's application and application documents at the time the envelopes are opened at the same time as the application is submitted and file as a scanned copy of its business offer (with delivery dates) signed by the authorized person and certified with the seal of the party organization. If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's offer.

The expiration of the participants offer is at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice about the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
