Payment terms:Upon receipt of the products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices,consignment notes, transport invoices, railway receipts and certificates for the products.
Delivery terms:Delivery until September 27, 2021. The cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Perm is included in the product price. Pickup is possible within the city of Perm. A simple car is not allowed.
The products must be new. When shipping, the presence of certificates for products is mandatory.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. The participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Application Form and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes, simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
