Comments:
1. Ask technical questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. The supplier must be the manufacturer, or the manufacturer's authorized dealer, or the distributor or supplier providing the authorized letter or contract Sales with the official manufacturer (the participant provides supporting documents at the same time as the application).


3. Proposals with a minimum price, full range and quantity of products are prioritized.

4. Vendor quotation period is not less than 90 days.

5. The cost of the product must be the same for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

6. The proposed products must meet the specified specifications (see Project General Data).

7. This Request for Proposals does not constitute a notice of competition (public competition) or
public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus,
This procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law
obligations and reserves the right to refuse all Offers received for any reason
or terminate the selection process at any time without any liability to Participants!
