Payment terms:
No advance payment is provided. Payment upon receipt of the products at the consignee's warehouse within 30 working days from the date of delivery and submission of original invoices, bills of lading, copies of bills of lading with the recipient's mark. Other payment terms are also considered.
Supplier offer validity period — at least 30 days
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: until January 19, 2022.
All shipping and other costs must be included in the product price.
The products must be new.
When delivering products, certified by a blue seal by the supplier are required: 1) passport/quality certificate, 2) certificate of conformity/declaration of conformity/refusal information letter.
Comments: 1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of its commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of failure or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. Supplier offers are valid for at least 30 days.
4. Offers are submitted taking into account the cost of delivery, the cost of delivery is allocated as a separate line.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
