Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1. 100% payment upon shipment within 15 calendar days. 2. 100% payment upon the arrival of goods and materials to the buyer's warehouse within 15 calendar days
Delivery terms:
1. The price shall be indicated on Pickup conditions from the supplier's warehouse with address of shipping warehouse.
2. For each cargo place with goods and materials a packing list must be attached with goods and materials and with the indication of quantity. (Compulsory condition)
3. Warranty periods for goods and materials must be valid at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning the goods and materials (one of the options is required).
