Payment terms:Payment for the Goods shall be made by the Buyer by payment order to the Supplier's current account upon the Supplier's full fulfilment of obligations within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Product Supplier and the full set of documents: UPD, invoice, invoice, invoice, copy of quality certificates or technical passports. This excludes the application of the terms of Article 317.1. of the Russian Civil Code.
