Payment terms:Payment for the Goods by the Buyer of 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of transfer of ownership of goods.
Payment for the Goods by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original consignment note TORG-12, copies of shipping documents, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation.
Delivery terms:Delivery of goods is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier during the period from 01.01.2020g. on 31.01.2020g. Transportation (delivery) of goods made by road, through mailings, in accordance with shipping details Buyer (consignee), specified in the specification.
Supplier transports (delivery) of the goods to the destination. A "destination" is understood warehouse Buyer destination (consignee).
This product must be packed in containers ensuring proper preservation of the goods from any kind of damage and the total or partial loss during transport and meets the requirements (specifications) requirements for packaging and packaging of this kind.
On each container supplier shall provide the packing list in Russian. One copy of the packaging sheet has to be placed inside each package, and another copy is to be attached to an outer side. The packaging sheet should be protected from any kind of damage and the total or partial loss during transport.
This product must contain a special commodity and the markings in accordance with GOST or TU, with the obligatory indication of information in Russian. All additional costs and damages incurred by the Buyer as a result of inadequate or incorrect markings borne by the Supplier.
For goods supplied under the Agreement, compulsory accompanied by the following supporting documents: packing lists, data sheets, quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the goods, the warranty of the manufacturer and the warranty period,
