This request for proposals is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Therefore, this request for proposals does not impose on the Customer of the amount of civil liabilities.
Comments: Commercial proposal shall specify:

4.1.2. the price of the goods subject to delivery supplier to the supplier's warehouse in g.Amurske (with auto delivery) / railway station Komsomolsk-on-Amur (when sending a 20 "/ 40" containers by rail) / railway station soapy (when sending in of railway wagons ).
4.2. for goods of foreign production, imported from abroad:
4.2.1. the price of the goods at the customs clearance on delivery DDP port .... / Train Station ... (indicate the point of customs clearance - MOT) provided ex works.
The price of the goods shall include all costs at customs clearance point: delivery to CCP, costs of customs clearance, costs of storage during customs clearance, costs of closing the warehouse, costs of loading the goods on the appropriate transport.
Price per item can be specified in rubles or foreign currency at the exchange rate on the payment date.
4.2.2. the price of the goods subject to delivery supplier to the supplier's warehouse in g.Amursk (with auto delivery) / railway station Komsomolsk-on-Amur (when sending a 20 "/ 40" containers by rail) / railway station soapy (when sending in of railway wagons ) - at the price specified in the product item, the ruble.
