This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer of this volume of civil obligations.

4.1.2. the price of the goods subject to delivery by the supplier to the supplier's warehouse in Amursk (with auto delivery) / Komsomolsk-on-Amur railway station (when shipped in 20"/40" containers by railway)/ Mylka railway station (when shipped in wagons by railway).
4.2. for a foreign-made product supplied from abroad:
4.2.1. the price of the goods at the customs clearance point on the terms of delivery DDP port.... / railway station ... (specify the point of customs clearance - THAT) subject to pickup.
The price of the goods must include all costs at the point of TO - delivery to the point of TO, the costs of TO, the costs of storage during TO, the costs of closing the warehouse, the costs of loading the goods on the appropriate transport.
The price for the product can be indicated in rubles or in foreign currency at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
