Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
1. Цена фиксируется на указанный в заявке объем, включает в себя все затраты по упаковке, доставке до склада Покупателя, таможенному оформлению.
2. Сроки оплаты: через 30 дней после доставки товара на склад Покупателя.
Delivery terms:
1. Поставщик осуществляет отгрузку чустями согласно заказам Покупателя. На каждый заказ подписывается отдельная Спецификация. Срок выборки всего объема, указанного в текущей закупочной процедуре - 6 месяцев.
2. Транспортом поставщика до склада покупателя с учетом всех затрат по доставке и таможенному оформлению.
3. Транспорт поставщика должен обеспечивать возможность боковой погрузки/разгрузки (с открывающимися бортами).
