Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the relevant lot of Goods in a period not later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of shipment of the relevant lot of Goods, on the basis of provided by e- mail of scanned copies of shipping documents (invoice, TORG-12, certificate of acceptance and transfer of equipment, consignment note of the carrier for acceptance of cargo for transportation) or by agreement of the parties.
Delivery terms:1) Delivery basis: Pickup from the Supplier's warehouse;
2) The supplier is obliged to ensure the packaging and packaging of the goods in accordance with the standards and conditions of transportation to the regions of the Far North

Comments:
1) KP is accepted only by the form enclosed in the procurement documentation in the EXCEL format! All the items on the form are required!
2) If the proposed products do not comply with the application (analog), it is necessary to attach a detailed description and technical characteristics of the proposed position;
3) Proposed products must be new, not used;
4) Certificates of conformity, passports, documents confirming the quality must be attached to the product;
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, terms of payment, experience with the supplier;
6) Before packing, fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the purchasing documentation), paste the packing list on the package with the goods, send copies of the documents to the Customer by e-mail.
