5. Equipment specification;
6. Preliminary information on the number and size of cargo items, their weight, packing method;
7. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal. Desirable - at least 60 calendar days.
8. Warranty period. Desirable - 27 months from the date of commissioning of the equipment, but not less than 39 months from the date of delivery of the goods to TEM-Partner LLC. The warranty period is provided by a Bank Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the cost of the Technical and Commercial Proposal, for a period until the completion of Warranty Obligations;
9. Experience in the supply of similar equipment, reference list;
10. Willingness to work in the form of the TEMP LLC contract (attached), otherwise send a Protocol of disagreements as part of the Technical and Commercial Proposal;
11. Confirmation that the equipment has the necessary permits for operation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
