Payment terms:3.1. The Customer pays for the cost of work or stages of work specified in the relevant Application on the first working Thursday after the expiration of 45 calendar days, calculated from the day following the date of signing by the Customer of the acceptance certificate for the work performed / stage of work on the Application, subject to receipt from the Contractor the original invoice, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The contractor pays the invoices for the provision of information from the USRN, all coordinating expert and inspection organizations requiring payment when carrying out a complex of cadastral and other works, bears other costs necessary to achieve the goal stipulated by the Terms of Reference, his own dependents.
Carrying out the above activities (overhead costs) is considered included in the cost of performing work under the contract

Comments:

A framework contract for the performance of cadastral works is concluded with the winner of the purchase (the framework contract will indicate the possibility of carrying out more types of work than provided for in this purchase). The type and scope of work for this purchase is specified in the Terms of Reference
