Desired payment terms: Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the waybills (waybills) by transferring funds to the supplier's current account or in another way not prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. b) technical passport for the Goods in Russian and / or user manual (operating instructions) for the Goods in Russian;
c) issued warranty coupons or similar documents, indicating the factory (serial) numbers of the Goods and the warranty period;
d) invoice, invoice;
e) consignment note in 3 copies. (two copies for the Customer and one copy for the Supplier);
f) act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods in 2 copies. (one copy for the Customer and one copy for the Supplier.
