The Technical and Commercial Proposal should be attached in 2 versions: on the organization's letterhead with a seal and signature and in an editable format.

Preferred payment terms - within 60 c.d. from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works.

It is mandatory to provide contact details (Full name of the organization, TIN, full name, phone number, e-mail of the responsible person) the validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal, the duration of the work, the number of personnel and equipment involved, payment terms, attach a reference list with experience in performing similar work.

When preparing a Technical and Commercial Proposal, the following costs should be taken into account: meals 709.49 rubles/person per day, without VAT, accommodation 797.81 rubles/person per day, without VAT.

This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the procedure are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the procedure.
