Auto-extension

Payment terms:1. Due to the fact that in the current tender announced two types of CDM, the price of the auction shall be indicated for the CDM under the cement. And in podgruzhenny the offer indicates a breakdown of each type of big bags.

Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code, st.1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on Organizer, and Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
