Payment terms:payment of the cost of a batch of products is made within 60 days after receipt by the buyer of invoices, issued in accordance with the tax code of the Russian Federation. Payment form: Cashless payment - Payment order.
Delivery terms:delivery is carried out by the supplier's motor transport. Shipping costs are included in the product batch price. Delivery within 10 calendar days, in equal batches on request.

Comments:
1. Contract in the editorial office of the Buyer (attached);
2. For companies-participants who did not have a contractual relationship with OJSC "GMZ", it is obligatory to download documents strictly according to the list (attached);
3. Delivery of products of new manufacturers, not tested in the conditions of production of the buyer, is possible only after the provision of the experimental batch in the amount of not less than 5 pieces at no cost.

Обоснование: Отклонить предложение от ТОО "Компания Нефтехим LTD" по минимальной цене - не предоставлена опытная партия (отсутствует акт испытаний).
Отклонить предложение от ООО "Техноцентр" по минимальной цене. По заключению проверки отдела экономической безопасности, рекомендовано работать с данным поставщиком на условиях оплаты по факту поставки. Поставщик готов предоставить отсрочку с увеличением цены, при предоставление банковской гарантии. Организация ОАО "ГМЗ" не предоставляет банковскую гарантию.
Выбранные поставщики: ООО "ФОРАС" общей стоимостью закупки 3920000,00 (без НДС с ТЗР) на условиях доставки до склада Покупателя за счет Поставщика, условия оплаты - 100% предоплата за 5 рабочих дней до поставки партии МКР. Минимальный объем каждой партии 1000 шт.
