Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Delivery terms:
A weekly volume is specified. Delivery based on a request.
Supply volume may be adjusted both upwards or downwards by 20% at most.
All new products shall be explored before supply.
Each products consignment shall be delivered to the Buyer together with the documents confirming the quality, safety and origin of the supplied products.
Packaging and labeling of the supplied Products shall comply with technical rules and regulations of the manufacturer and requirements of the current Russian legislation. Each packaging unit: box, bag, net bag shall have a label in Russian specifying the products info as required by the current Russian legislation.
