The supplier is selected at the lowest price, taking into account the cost of delivery to the warehouse of Omsk Carbon Mogilev IOOO on the terms of cooperation for payment specified above, according to the standard form of the Buyer's contract.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a form of competition / auction / public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447–449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
