- Advance payment in the amount of RR 500,000. rubles from the cost of equipment according to your commercial proposal, the rest upon delivery of equipment to the IOOO "Omsk Carbon Mogilev";
- 100% irrevocable unconfirmed uncovered letter of credit for the supply of the entire volume of equipment;
- Bank guarantee for the prepayment amount (___% according to your commercial proposal).

Comments:
The choice of the supplier is carried out at the minimum price, taking into account the cost of delivery to the warehouse of IOOO "Omsk Carbon Mogilev" on the terms of cooperation on payment specified above, according to the standard form of the Buyer's agreement.
Mandatory uploading in electronic form to the lot and sending along with the goods quality certificates, passports of manufacturers for the products offered.
