Auto-extension

Payment terms:Оплата стоимости Товара осуществляется, в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней, считая с даты фактической поставки Товара, на основании подписанной сторонами товарной накладной (ТОРГ-12) и счета Поставщика.
Дата оплаты Товара определятся датой списания денежных средств с расчетного счета Покупателя.
Стоимость Товара включает в себя:
- стоимость поставляемого Товара;
- стоимость транспортировки Товара в пункт поставки;
- стоимость упаковки Товара;
- стоимость технической и эксплуатационной документации на Товар;
- уплату таможенных сборов, пошлин и других обязательных платежей.
Delivery terms:Поставка Товара осуществляется Поставщиком своими силами и за свой счет.
Поставка Товара осуществляется в течение 30 (тридцати) рабочих дней, считая с даты заключения Сторонами договора поставки, по месту нахождения Покупателя по адресу: 390013, г. Рязань, ул. Высоковольтная, д. 6.
Обязательство Поставщика по передаче Товара считается исполненным с момента фактической передачи Товара Покупателю.
