Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse. Consider other payment options.
Delivery terms:Delivery time is up to 10 calendar days from the date of signing the Specification. The address of the place of delivery of the goods: Perm, Promyshlennaya str., 84. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the cost of products. In Perm, pickup by the Buyer is possible.
The products must be new. It is mandatory to have a certificate and passport for the products. Analogues are being considered, attach a full description and characteristics.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).The applicant for the supply of materials is determined by the criteria.
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 10 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
