Payment terms:Payment for the Services is carried out in the following order:
100% of the cost of the Services is paid within 30 banking days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Acceptance Certificate of the services provided. Consider alternative payment terms.

Comments:
Purchase of dry closets in the amount of 3 pieces with further maintenance (for a period of 9 months).

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Prior to the opening of envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure on the letterhead of the enterprise. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

GSI SNEMA LLC reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results with the exception of the winner, to cancel the procedure or its results, as well as to exclude any of the participants in the procedure without giving a reason. Submission of a commercial offer implies acceptance of the terms of the procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
