Auto-extension

Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the new Goods received in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of signing the consignment note/consignment note or other document confirming acceptance of the Goods, provided there are no claims on the quality, quantity, completeness, configuration of the delivered Goods and provided that the Buyer receives the proper the invoice, the original contract, the specification and the originals of shipping documents issued in the name of the Buyer. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods shall be made within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer of all the above documents.
Delivery terms:Delivery - Until 04/15/2024. On the terms of DDP P. V.Kuranakh (Aldan district, RS(Ya)). (The Supplier delivers the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the place of delivery of the goods at his own expense. The shipping cost is included in the price of the Product).

Comments:
Settlements under the agreement are carried out using settlement accounts opened by the Parties in the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the Bidder of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, must, within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, open a settlement account with the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of which the request for proposals was concluded.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.

The Bidder Call for Bidding must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person, on letterhead and in an editable format. Product passport. The price offer and the terms of delivery submitted through the functionality of the E-Marketplace must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer.

Provision of a package of documents specified in the file "Documentation for the contract" is MANDATORY. In the absence of all or part of these documents, the bid is not subject to consideration.
