Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the relevant consignment of goods no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding consignment of goods, on the basis of supporting documents (invoice, TORG-12, certificate of equipment transfer and delivery, carrier’s invoice on acceptance of cargo for carriage) or by agreement of the parties.

Comments: 1) KP is accepted in the form enclosed in the procurement documentation in EXCEL format! All items on the form are required! It is also necessary to provide a drawing and a plan of the premises inside the van;
2) Offered products must be new, not used;
3) Certificates of conformity, passports, technical description, project drawing should be attached; documents confirming the quality;
4) Contract awarding criteria: delivery time, price, payment conditions, previous experience of work with the supplier;
5) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement documentation), stick the packing list on the package with the goods, send copies of documents to the Customer by e-mail.
