Auto-extension

Payment terms:
- аванс в размере 70% (семидесяти процентов) цены договора выплачивается в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с даты (момента) подписания договора.
- окончательный расчет Заказчик осуществляет в течение 30 (тридцати) банковских дней с момента подписания обеими сторонами Акта о приемке выполненных работ по форме КС-2, справки о стоимости выполненных работ по форме КС-3 и передачи в одном экземпляре: счета-фактуры и (или) Универсального передаточного документа и счета на оплату работ, а также предоставления технического заключения об улучшении технических характеристик данного оборудования.
Delivery terms:
Срок выполнения работ - не более 65 (шестидесяти пяти) календарных дней с момента подписания договора. Модернизированное оборудование доставляется до ЯНАО, Приуральский р-он, пос. Харп, промышленный район, ТЭС «Харп-12». 14. Место выполнения работ: определяется подрядчиком.
