The Customer pays the Contractor the cost of the work performed on the first working Thursday after 30-60 calendar days, calculated from the day following the date of signing by the Customer of the Act on acceptance of work performed in the form of KS-2.
Payment is subject to the submission by the Contractor, together with the Act, of the work performed in the form of COP-2 of the following documents:
- forms КС - 3 - Information on the cost of work performed and costs;
- invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation;
- Executive documentation for the work performed in the amount provided for by this Agreement;
- statements of installed equipment;
- Form M - 29 - Report on the consumption of materials of the Customer;
- invoices and consignment notes confirming the Contractor’s actual expenses on materials recorded in the estimates based on invoices and price lists
Delivery terms:
From the date of conclusion of the contract (but no later than 01.05.2020) to 12.25.2020.

В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
