Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites you to participate in the Supplier Selection Contest for the modernization of the electrical part of its own sales offices in the Greater Moscow region (regions: Moscow, Ryazan, Tver, Tula, Yaroslavl, Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Smolensk, Kostroma).
To apply for participation in the procurement event, it is necessary to:
1. Fill in the Participant Questionnaire by providing in PDF (scanned with signature) and Word format.
2. Read the Privacy Statement and indicate your consent to it in the body of the letter.
3. It is also necessary to provide the following documents:
• scans of balance sheets certified by the company seal and the tax authority.
• Scans of profit and loss statements for the analyzed period, certified by the company seal and the tax authority;
• filled in accordance with the attached report excel-template.
If the last available report is annual, then the annual report for the last 2 years is provided. If the last available report is for the quarter/half-year/9 months, then reports for 3 periods are provided: the last reporting period of the current year and the previous 2 years. In case the participant belongs to the holding, the consolidated statements of the holding are provided.
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
• the participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable; $
• each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file;
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.$
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement" and you will be responsible for Failure to comply with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of a public tender or auction within the meaning of articles 447-449$
