Payment terms:
The Contractor issues an invoice, draws up an act of completion at the end of the billing period (each calendar month), no later than the 2nd day of the month preceding the billing period.
Payment is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the signing of the acceptance certificates. Other payment options are being considered, the assessment of which will be given in conjunction with other conditions for the performance of work (total cost, timing, etc.).
The date of payment under the agreement is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account.
Delivery terms:
Requirements for the Contractor:
1. The organization - the developer must work in the market for services in the design of gas cleaning systems for at least 3 years.
2. Positive experience in operating gas cleaning systems in accordance with the project developed by the Contractor.
3. The contractor must have all the permits required to complete the project.
4. The contractor must provide warranty obligations for the work performed / services rendered, during the entire validity period of the agreed project documentation.
Scope of work:
1. Inspection of the existing pilot plant (hereinafter referred to as the OPU):
- checking the compliance of the existing OPU with the design documentation;
- analysis of the state of individual units of the control room and equipment to determine the possibility of subsequent use;
- preparation of defective statements based on the survey results.
2. Development of design and estimate documentation for the modernization of the OPU.
- General technical solutions for the modernization of the OPU, including the selection of the catalyst, the calculation of its efficiency and the required volume.
- Development of project documentation.
- Development of working, design and budget documentation.
3. Expertise of industrial safety of the project.
The project of modernization of the pilot plant should include:
- performing calculations (thermal, aerodynamic, etc.);
- replacement of the flue gas heating unit with the installation of modern burners;
- gas consumption network;
- air supply system;
- smoke exhaust system;
- installation of the necessary instrumentation;
- restoration of the sites of the pilot plant that are not suitable for further operation;
- power supply system, electric lighting, grounding and lightning protection;
- an automated process control system.
Work completion time: 6 months.
Work results:
Working, design and design estimate documentation for the OPU.
OPU put into operation.
Additional conditions:
1. . In connection with the threat of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-2019) in the Novosibirsk region, in order to protect the population and the territory of the Novosibirsk region from the threat of an emergency, to prevent the threat of socially dangerous consequences, in accordance with Article 4.1 of the Federal Law of December 21, 1994 No. 68 -FZ "On the protection of the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies", the Law of the Novosibirsk region of 13.12.2006 No. 63-OZ "On the protection of the population and the territory of the Novosibirsk region from inter-municipal and regional emergencies", by the decree of the Government of the Novosibirsk region of 03/18/2020 No. 72-p "On the introduction of a high alert regime on the territory of the Novosibirsk region, the Contractor's employees are allowed into the territory of the Customer's facility only if they use hand protection (mittens, gloves) and respiratory protection (respirators, masks).
For each fact of detecting a violation by the Contractor of the provisions specified in clause 1, the Contractor may be charged a fine of 50,000 rubles. Payment of penalties occurs by deduction from the due remuneration unilaterally, the consent of the Contractor is not required.
2. The Contractor's employees who arrived from other regions or left the territory of the Novosibirsk region are required to provide a negative test result for the determination of PHK (PCR) for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, the causative agent of severe acute respiratory syndrome (COVID-19). The validity of the test results should be no more than fourteen calendar days from the date of collection.
For each fact of detecting a violation by the Contractor of the provisions specified in clause 2, the Contractor may be charged a fine of 50,000 rubles. Payment of penalties occurs by deduction from the due remuneration unilaterally, the consent of the Contractor is not required.

Comments: The contractor is obliged to provide the service on its own. Involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By sending an offer (offer), the Contractor guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to be convinced of the good faith of the Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Contractor's independent performance of the provision of services, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with the attachment of copies of employment contracts of persons, involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
