Pirelli Russia, represented by PC KIROV TYRE LLC, offers to take part in the internal procedure for selecting a contractor for the works specified in the terms of reference.
For counterparties that did not take part in the procedures of LLC PC KIROV TYR, it is possible to issue a promotional code for free participation. To do this, please contact the commercial representative of Pirelli Russia at the contacts below.

CONDITIONS FOR CARRYING OUT THE PROCEDURE:

The procedure is carried out in one step in real time. The second stage of the collection of bidding offers is possible only in exceptional cases.
The procedure may be extended at the request of the participant. To do this, please contact the representative of Pirelli Russia.
Participation implies consent to enter into contractual relations with LLC PK Kirov Tair on the conditions provided for in the attached form of the contract and annexes. In case of disagreement, a protocol of disagreements must be attached to the commercial offer.

In case of conclusion of a contract for construction and installation works, a prerequisite is to provide an estimated computation/estimate drawn up in accordance with the General Requirements for Drafting and preparation of estimated calculations and estimates of the company PC "Kirov Tair".


SUBMISSION OF THE OFFER:

The final price request must be accompanied by a commercial offer with an indication of the cost, issued on the official letterhead of the organization with the signature and seal of an authorized person.

The quotation must include:

Any discrepancies with the requirements of the terms of reference (for example, terms, warranty obligations, etc.)
Information on the involvement of subcontractors with a list of their names and TIN.

COMPLETION OF THE PROCEDURE:

After the completion of the proposal collection phase, a representative of Pirelli Russia will contact a representative of the counterparty to arrange further steps.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The request for proposals does not constitute an auction in the understanding of the current legislation and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447—449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and others legislative acts (44-FZ, 223-FZ, etc.). The notice is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals. The application form is an offer of a potential RFP participant. At the same time, the RFP organizer has no obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results.
