Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:4. Payment for work performed is made on the basis of the invoice within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act on acceptance of work performed (form KS-2) and the Certificate of cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3). Upon advance payment, a bank guarantee is mandatory (list of banks in Appendix 5)
Delivery terms:Mandatory submission of a commercial proposal in the form of the Customer
(Appendix 2).
It is mandatory to visit the Customer’s site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement (if necessary / possible).

1. Timing of work: The implementation of the detailed design and preparation for the replacement of the pipeline should be carried out before 01.11.2020.
2. Current production.
3. The conclusion of the contract is provided for in the form of a contract adopted by PNTZ JSC (Appendix 4).
4. The beginning of the letter of guarantee.
5. Work experience of at least 3 years in the declared types of work.
6. Performance of work under the existing technological process, according to the agreed schedule.
7. The company provides a refund of the cost of electricity in the amount of 1.93% of the cost of work at current prices before VAT.
8. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronovirus infection (- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years),
- Employees working on the territory of PNTZ JSC must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Sverdlovsk region, or undergo quarantine for two weeks after arriving in the Sverdlovsk region from another region before starting work with the provision of supporting documents (tickets, rental agreements, etc.). ), or present a coronavirus test document no older than three days.
- All employees of the contracting organization should be provided with PPE, mask-respirators, daily body temperature monitoring (thermal imagers installed at the checkpoint), as well as disinfecting the hands with an antiseptic, which is located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the enterprise;
- comply with the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, movement on foot, by car).
