Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:4. Payment for work performed is made on the basis of an invoice within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of signing of the Acts on Acceptance of Works (Form KS-2) and Certificate of Value performed works and costs (COP - 3 form) .$ In advance, it is mandatory to provide a bank guarantee (list of banks in Annex 5)
Delivery terms:Submission of a commercial offer on the Customer's form is required
(Annex 2) .$
It is mandatory to visit the site of the Customer and to inspect the subject of works/services before submitting the application for participation in the purchase (if necessary or possible).

1. Deadlines: Implementation of the working project and preparation for the replacement of the pipeline should be carried out until 01.11.2020.
2. Proceedings in force.
3. Conclusion of the contract is provided by the form of the agreement adopted in JSC "PNTZ" (Annex 4).
4. Start of work on the letter of guarantee.
5. Work experience of at least 3 years on the declared types of work.
6. Execution of works in the current technological process, according to the agreed schedule.
7. The company provides for a return of the cost of electricity in the amount of 1.93% of the cost of works at current prices before VAT is charged.
8. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronovirus infection (- Work must be carried out by staff members who are not in the "risk zone" (under the age of 60),
- Employees engaged in labor activity on the territory of JSC "PNTZ" must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Sverdlovsk region, or undergo a two-week quarantine after arrival in Sverdlovsk region from another region before the work with the provision of supporting documents (travel tickets, housing contracts, etc.), or to present a document on passing the test for coronavirus no older than three days.
- All employees of the contract organization should be provided with PPE, masks, respirators, daily body temperature control (thermal imaging systems are installed at the checkpoint), and decontamination hands with antiseptic, which is on the pass-through at each entrance to the territory of the enterprise;
- observe the masonine regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, movement on foot, by car).
