Payment terms:
The Customer transfers to the settlement account of the Contractor (if other conditions are not established by the Schedule) the cost of the Works for the corresponding stage, in accordance with the Schedule, with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of work performed subject to the provision by the Contractor of: the original invoice, the original invoice, the signed by the Parties an act of work performed / an act of acceptance and transfer of the results of work performed, documentation in accordance with the set of documentation for Appendix No. 2.
In case of concluding an Agreement with the SME:
The Customer transfers to the Contractor's settlement account (unless other conditions are established by the Schedule) the cost of the Works for the corresponding stage, in accordance with the Schedule, within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of work performed, provided that the Contractor provides: original invoice, original invoice, signed by the Parties act of work performed / act of acceptance and transfer of the results of work performed, documentation in accordance with the set of documentation for Appendix No. 2.
Delivery terms:
The start date of the Works is within 5 working days from the date of signing the contract. Terms of completion of the Works within 20 working days from the beginning of the work. Terms of the beginning and end of the stages of performance of the Works are established in the Schedule in accordance with Appendix No. 2
