Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: pre-pay 20% cost of goods, 80% postpay billing within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the works. The cost of delivery is included in the price of goods.
We are ready to consider other conditions.
Delivery terms:Supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the warehouse of the buyer. Having a passport quality or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The delivered merchandise must be new, not remanufactured. The term of delivery installation and equipment: 40 (forty) calendar days from the date of prepayment for 20%.
When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier. The provider ensures 100% fulfillment of the customer's application (the assortment and quantity).
