JSC "Mondi SLPK" reserves the right to change the deadline for the collection of proposals, cancel the collection of proposals, refuse all proposals, while applicants are not entitled to claim compensation for direct or indirect damages.
The decision on the choice of a counterparty for this request will be made after consideration of the submitted proposals.
Expenses related to the preparation and submission of proposals are not reimbursable.
This message should not be regarded as an announcement of the Competitive bidding process, and therefore, the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are not applicable.
