Payment terms:
Payment terms according to the requirements of Rusagro Group of Companies: 100% deferred payment within 40 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Comments: Please, note! Bidding will be held in two stages: qualification and final.
Following the results of the qualification stage (verification of documentation and work experience), the final stage of bidding will be organized between bidders meeting the requirements of the ToR.
A detailed list of required documentation is attached to the auction.
In the absence of a full package of documents and the required work experience, the application is not considered in the tender.

A commercial proposal (in the form of Appendix No. 6), estimates, work schedule must be filled out, signed and stamped!
A commercial proposal must comply with the technical specifications and contain the following information:
1. Indicate in TCH "this TCH has been completed on the basis of" terms of reference for the supply of control cabinets, controller equipment, instrumentation and automation equipment, construction and installation work, commissioning work as part of a project to modernize the automated process control system of the complex for the production of 550 thousand tons of animal feed per year " and fully complies with the requirements of this technical task and its annexes.
2. The participant in the trading procedure must provide a detailed schedule (indicating the number and position occupied by employees, indicating the number of days) for construction and installation work and commissioning work for each control cabinet / AWP / communication lines / server, etc. taking into account the non-stop nature of the current production of the complex for the production of animal feed.
3. In TCH it is necessary to specify in detail tabular cost of work performed and the applied coefficient to the design estimates, indicating the timing of their implementation in accordance with Appendix No. 6 to this TK.
4. If the competitive price falls from the estimated 40% or more, the participant in the trading procedure must provide a calculated justification for the price reduction.
5. The status of the supplier of equipment and software must be confirmed by the official representative of the vendor in the Russian Federation.
6. The offer must indicate the warranty period for the services / equipment supplied.
7. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization.
