Перечень обязательных требований к участникам:Технико-коммерческое предложение должно включать:
 подтверждение возможности проведения модернизации согласно данному ТЗ или предлагаемый вариант модернизации, при невозможности выполнения всех пунктов данного ТЗ,
 референц – лист по выполненным аналогичным проектам;
 подробное описание (список) предлагаемых работ для проведения модернизации данного оборудования;
 описание гарантийных обязательств;
 подробную сметно-плановую калькуляцию;
 стоимость выполнения работ с НДС по ТЗ;
 список предоставляемой документации с внесенными изменениями, после проведения модернизации;
 минимально возможные сроки выполнения работ на территории заказчика
