Comments:
1. The trading procedure will be carried out in 3 stages:
Stage 1. Pre-qualification selection.
Includes:
1. Request for technical proposals Participants must complete and attach:
- questionnaire (Appendix 2)
- reference-list
- Technical Proposal
- financial statements for the last reporting period marked with a RECEIPT of receipt by tax authorities

3. Checking the Technical Proposal taking into account the parameters in the Terms of Reference
4. Audit of the Security Service
Stage 2. RFQ in electronic form on the B2B ETP, taking into account the results of Stage 1.
Stage 3. In-person / in absentia meeting of the procurement commission of SOT JSC with / without inviting participants or RETRACTING at the site with participants who have passed the audit of the security service and the qualification audit of the Customer.
